1. Purpose
This policy letter establishes the standards, scope, and operational guidelines for services provided by AM1MediaGrp, LLC, a Veteran and Black Owned company, including but not limited to Music Production, Songwriting, Production Services, and Publishing Services. The purpose of this policy is to ensure transparency, professionalism, legal compliance, and creative integrity in all business engagements.
2. Music Production Policy
AM1MediaGrp, LLC provides professional music production services, including recording, arranging, mixing, mastering, and overall creative direction.
- All music production projects are governed by written agreements outlining scope, timelines, ownership, and compensation.
- Clients retain rights only as specified in their contractual agreement.
- AM1MediaGrp, LLC reserves the right to use completed works for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes unless otherwise restricted in writing.
- Quality standards and industry best practices are maintained across all production projects.
3. Songwriting Policy
AM1MediaGrp, LLC offers songwriting services for artists, media projects, and commercial use.
- Songwriting credits and ownership splits will be determined prior to project commencement and documented in writing.
- Unless otherwise agreed, songwriting contributions by AM1MediaGrp, LLC remain protected under copyright law.
- Any work-for-hire arrangements must be explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
- Confidentiality regarding unreleased material is strictly upheld.
4. Production Services Policy
Production services may include audio production, creative consulting, project development, and multimedia coordination.
- Services are provided based on agreed deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
- AM1MediaGrp, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or client inaction.
- Revisions and additional services outside the original agreement may incur additional fees.
5. Publishing Services Policy
AM1MediaGrp, LLC provides music publishing services, including administration, registration, licensing, and royalty management.
- Publishing agreements define ownership percentages, royalty splits, and administrative rights.
- AM1MediaGrp, LLC may register works with appropriate performing rights organizations (PROs) and publishing entities.
- Royalties are collected and distributed in accordance with contractual terms and applicable laws.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring all provided works are original and free of infringement.
6. Intellectual Property & Rights
All intellectual property created, produced, or administered by AM1MediaGrp, LLC is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Rights transfer, licensing, or usage is permitted only as defined in written agreements.
7. Confidentiality
AM1MediaGrp, LLC maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information, creative content, and proprietary materials unless disclosure is required by law or agreed upon in writing.
8. Compliance & Amendments
This policy complies with applicable local, state, and federal laws. AM1MediaGrp, LLC reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be made available upon request.
9. Acceptance
Engaging in services with AM1MediaGrp, LLC constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by AM1 Media Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a sound and music production company specializing in song creation, music production, and music publishing. By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided
AM1 Media Group, LLC offers, but is not limited to, the following services:
- Songwriting and composition
- Music production and audio engineering
- Recording, mixing, and mastering
- Beat creation and licensing
- Music publishing administration
- Artist development and consulting
All services will be outlined in a separate project agreement, proposal, or invoice.
3. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Full payment must be received prior to delivery of final files or release of ownership rights.
- Payments are accepted via approved methods stated on the invoice.
- Late payments may incur additional fees or delay project completion.
4. Revisions and Delivery
- The Company will provide a reasonable number of revisions as agreed upon per project.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and Client responsiveness.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
a. Work for Hire (if applicable):
Upon full payment, ownership rights may transfer to the Client if explicitly stated in writing.
b. Licensing (default):
Unless otherwise agreed:
- AM1 Media Group, LLC retains ownership of all compositions, beats, and recordings.
- The Client receives a non-exclusive or exclusive license as specified in the agreement.
c. Publishing Rights:
- Publishing splits must be agreed upon in writing prior to release.
- The Company retains its share of writer’s and publisher’s royalties unless otherwise negotiated.
6. Royalties and Credits
- Proper credit must be given to AM1 Media Group, LLC in all releases (e.g., “Produced by AM1 Media Group”).
- Royalty splits will be defined in a separate agreement and must be honored across all platforms.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide clear instructions, materials, and timely feedback
- Ensure they have legal rights to any content they provide
- Not use the Company’s work for unlawful or infringing purposes
8. Cancellations and Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If a project is canceled by the Client after work has begun, the Client is responsible for payment proportional to work completed.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel services due to breach of terms or misconduct.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project unless disclosure is required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
AM1 Media Group, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, business opportunities, or distribution outcomes
- Third-party claims related to Client-provided materials
11. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AM1 Media Group, LLC from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:
- Unauthorized use of third-party content
- Breach of this Agreement
- Misuse of delivered materials
12. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or technical failures.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
14. Amendments
AM1 Media Group, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes where applicable.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging services, making payment, or signing a project agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
